Above Market Returns

Capital partners receive interest payments at a rate above the market average for similar investments.

Secure Capital

Our loans are collateralized against real estate at low leverage, leaving substantial equity in the property and providing the lender with ample security periods.

Monthly Payments

Partners receive monthly interest payments delivered via electronic transfer to their bank accounts on the 15th of each month.

Short-Term Commitments

We are lending for 12-24 month terms providing partners with a minimal commitment timeline should they decide to move into another investment periods.

Qualifications

  • Partners must qualify as accredited investors per SEC Rule 501 of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933. (Annual income over $300,000 or a net worth over $1,000,000)
  • Minimum investment is $100,000
